It seems like a decent option, but the weird part is they still don’t cover my area yet. I was ready to give it a try, but I ended up having to look somewhere else for now.

"Fare wasn’t clear 😕"
I wasn’t happy with how the fare was displayed. At first it looked like one price, but by the time I was booking, it ended up being more than I expected. Maybe I missed some fine print, but it should be much clearer upfront. I don’t want to feel like I’m guessing what I’ll actually pay. Frustrating experience, and I’m not sure I’d use driveempower.com again.

"Decent app, but the pay needs work"
I do like that the app is easy to use and getting started wasn’t too complicated. That said, the earnings have been lower than I expected, especially once you factor in gas and all the time spent waiting around. Most days it doesn’t feel worth it. If the rates were better, I think it could be a much more solid gig for drivers.

"Verification worked, just took a bit"
I used Driveempower mostly to get my account verified, and to be fair, it did work in the end. So it’s not like I had a terrible experience or anything.
The steps themselves weren’t that complicated, but it took longer than I thought it would. I had to go back and double-check a couple of things, and the instructions/messages could’ve been clearer.
it’s not even about that as much as the overall process just feeling a little clunky. It got the job done, but I’d say it was more average than anything, and it could definitely be smoother.

"Background check dragged on forever"
I signed up thinking the whole process would be quick, but my background check just kind of sat there for days with no real update. I kept checking back, hoping there would be some explanation, but it was basically just stuck.
When I reached out to support, they kept sending me the same generic copy-and-paste response. What made it worse was the way it came across, like I was being talked down to for asking a normal question, instead of them actually explaining what was missing or what I needed to do.
Maybe it goes smoothly for other people, but my experience was just frustrating. I wasted a bunch of time waiting around and trying to figure things out on my own

"Too many last-minute cancellations"
My bookings kept getting cancelled, sometimes really close to the time, which was super frustrating. I understand things come up, but having to rearrange my day more than once got old quickly.
Support did respond, but I never felt like I got a clear answer on what was supposed to happen next or whether the same thing would just keep happening. It’s not the worst service I’ve ever used, but it’s just not reliable enough for me to stick with.
"Payout took longer than I expected"
I’ve been using the app for a bit, and overall it’s okay, but the payout process was frustrating for me. I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t really get much of an explanation. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the slow payout definitely made it more annoying than it needed to be.

"Bad first impression and it hasn’t improved"
My first impression of this app wasn’t great, and it’s stayed that way. It keeps freezing right when I actually need to use it, sometimes logs me out for no reason, and there are times it just won’t load at all. I’ve tried restarting my phone and even reinstalling the app, but nothing really changed. It’s just frustrating when you’re counting on it to work and it doesn’t.

The driver showed up late and came across a little rude at first, which wasn’t great. That said, the ride itself was fine and we got where we needed to go without any issues.

I was disappointed to find the seats dirty when I got inside the car. It didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned before being handed over, i’d expect at least an apology for that.

I tried signing up, but the whole onboarding process was a MESS. There were way too many steps, it wasn’t clear what I actually needed to do, and support took forever to get back to me. After sitting around waiting, I just gave up.

"I’ve used a few GPS trackers before..."
I’ve used a few GPS trackers before, and compared to others, this one jumps around a bit too much. Sometimes it makes the tracking feel useless, especially when you’re trying to see an accurate location. Hoping they can improve it with an update.

I used driveempower.com and overall it was fine, just not as quick as I was hoping. I ended up waiting around for updates longer than expected, which got a little annoying after a while.
Nothing really went wrong, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It was just kind of slow, and if they responded faster, it would make the whole thing feel a lot better.

"I just didn’t feel comfortable signing up"
I started going through the signup on driveempower.com, but i backed out before putting in too much personal information. Maybe I’m being overly cautious, but I feel like if a site is asking for my details, it should be really clear about how that information is protected. I didn’t see enough to make me feel confident, and the whole process just felt a little off to me. It might be totally fine for other people, but I’d rather be careful than regret sharing my info later

I tried reaching out for help it just didn’t really go anywhere. The replies took a while, which I could maybe deal with, but then when they finally came back, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. It kind of felt like they skimmed my messages or missed the point completely, so I kept having to explain myself again. I don’t know, it was just frustrating because I was already trying to fix an issue and the support made it feel more annoying, not less...

I’ll admit, it’s convenient when rides are available. The problem is they aren’t always there when I need one, which gets frustrating. Still, when it works, it works well enough

"Does the job, but not worth it for me"
It worked fine overall, but for what it costs every month, I expected a bit more. A lot of the features felt basic, and I just didn’t end up using it enough to make the subscription make sense. I’m sure it could be useful for someone who needs it all the time, but for me, the value just wasn’t there.
